Booth Attendant Workflow Checklist

1. **Job Sheet Review:**

- Check job sheet details: start time, location, client's names.

2. **Material Confirmation:**

- Ensure all materials are gathered:

- Photo booth case

- USB stick for downloading images

- Printer case (check for fresh roll of ink and paper)

- Signing book, envelopes, double-sided tape, business cards

- Backdrop

- Extension cord, gaff tape

3. **Venue Coordination:**

- Load in through service dock.

- Confirm location with event planner/organizer for photobooth placement.

4. **Setup Timing:**

- HAVE PHOTO BOOTH SET UP AND READY 1 HOURS BEFORE START

- Allow at least 2 hours before start time for load-in and setup

5. **Software and Template Preparation:**

- Download logo sent to [email protected].

- Apply logo PNG to the template.

- Open DSLR Booth app and run any necessary updates.

- Start a new project and name it after the couple/client.

- Customize the photo template.

- Conduct test shots and test printing.

6. **Safety Measures:**

- Securely tape down the extension cord from the center to the backdrop for safety.

7. **Post-Event Procedures:**

- Load all images onto the USB from c:/DLRBOOTH.

- Pack up all equipment neatly and securely.

- Note any materials that are depleting and need replenishment.

8. **Image Upload:**

- Upload all images to alexknightstudio.com/uploads for client access.

**Additional Suggestions:**

- Consider carrying spare rolls of ink and paper as backup.

- Have a quick troubleshooting guide for common issues with the booth or printer.

- If possible, provide a feedback form for clients to fill out post-event.

- Always have an emergency contact number for immediate assistance.
